That's interesting Not sure what (if anything) this means, but here's some interesting context.

They missed a lot of the same games, with both being out between Nov 29-Dec 7. That was a five game stretch of losses at the end of that bigger losing streak, which dropped us from 9-9 to 9-14.

I don't remember the details (and google isn't helping), but it looks like Smith was injured in the game prior to those 5 (Nov. 28 vs Charlotte... Okoro was out) and we were leading going into the 4th. Smith had a bad +/-, but much of that happened in the 4th, just before he was pulled... likely after the injury?

The prior losses in the losing streak were mostly to good teams. The losses without both of them were to more mediocre and bad teams.

The schedule is brutal the next couple of weeks ... their slide will continue, although I'm sure they will only be a couple of games out of the play-in, which will give AK all the ammunition he needs to keep the band together at the trade deadline.

Bulls have 15 games left until the trade deadline. 5 are against top-6 teams, 5 against play-in contenders and 5 against tankers.

I agree with you that Bulls record the next 30 days will not affect AK's trade or off-season strategies.
