Bulls vs. Raptors tonight cancelled

Another game pushed to the 2nd ‘half’ of the season

No Bulls vs. Raptors tonight.

As recently as yesterday, it looked like the schedule would work out well for the Bulls where the Raptors had some unavailable players (including Pascal Siakam), but unfortunately now there are too many affected so the whole game is cancelled.

Unlike the last postponement there’s no chance for a make-up game in the interim. The Bulls were already in Tampa and are now flying back. They do get out of a back-to-back situation though as they are slated to face the Nuggets tomorrow night at home.

And there’s some rest for the Bulls, who are still shorthanded. Talk before Friday’s game didn’t indicate much progress for the returns of Lauri Markkanen, Otto Porter, or Chandler Hutchison. It’s looking like we should assume all will be out through the All-Star break, meaning another two games missed.

But this all may mean another back-to-back in the schedule’s second half, something already extremely cramped. This is now the Bulls fourth postponement of the season, though as mentioned before one of those had been made up already.
