When Ricky and I last chatted, we were previewing what was expected to be a tanktastic season for the Bulls. While that came to a fruition for the first quarter of the year, the second quarter brought a bunch more wins. The tank may be dead or at the very least on life support, but there’s reason for optimism based on how the young core has played.
