Especially after the thumping the Bulls took against the Celtics on Sunday, it's hard to feel like this season is anything but over. And yet, the west-siders are still in the playoff hunt at 32-35 and only a half game behind 8th seeded Milwaukee. They ended their five game losing streak on Monday, beating Charlotte 115-109 in a game that featured Rondo returning as the starting PG and Mirotic returning from exile to score 24 points off the bench. I can't even wrap my head around this team anymore.

Memphis enters tonight having recently ended their own five game losing streak with a 20 point win over the Bucks on Monday. They have struggled mightily during that streak, having lost four of those five games by more than 10 points. Chandler Parsons is injured with a partial tear of his meniscus, paving the way for 40 year old Vince Carter to start. The Grizzlies are entrenched at the 7th seed in the west and sit at 37-30.

The last time these teams played was the McBuckets game, where he went off for 31 points leading the Bulls to a 108-104 win. Taj also shined in that game with 18 points and 8 rebounds. Obviously, neither performance will be repeated tonight.
