I can't believe I'm saying this and what it means for the 2015-16 Bulls, but this is pretty significant!
Kirk Hinrich (left quad contusion) is expected to be out another four or five days, Fred Hoiberg said. Bulls are on road Friday-Saturday.

Kirk, as we know, is the worst. But he's having a decent season (relative to expectations, anyway) and more importantly in this context seems to play well defensively against the Warriors. He had one of his best games of the season in Oakland when the Bulls were sorta-competitive against the Warriors but not really. Rose was out for that game so he was more needed then, but it has been looking like Hoiberg's been deploying Kirk or Brooks based on matchups lately and now that won't be an option.
So it's back in the well for ol' Kurt. It was kind of lost as it was the same game as the Noah injury, but that knee contusion was early in the Dallas game and he was re-inserted into the game before exiting for good. Just in case you're keeping tabs on the Bulls being Bulls.
