NBA Rising Stars Challenge roster: Jimmy Butler not amongst those invited to annual rookie-sophomore game

a travesty, or the biggest travesty?

Mike DiNovo-US PRESSWIRE

From the "All Jimmy Butler Everything" mindset of this blog lately, I consider this snub to be news!

Joining Kyrie Irving from the Sophomore class are: Kenneth Faried (Denver Nuggets), Brandon Knight (Detroit Pistons), Kawhi Leonard (San Antonio Spurs), Chandler Parsons (Houston Rockets), Klay Thompson (Golden State Warriors), Tristan Thompson (Cleveland Cavaliers), Nikola Vucevic (Orlando Magic), and Kemba Walker (Charlotte Bobcats).

Anthony Davis and Damian Lillard lead a group of rookies that includes Harrison Barnes (Warriors), Bradley Beal (Washington Wizards), Andre Drummond (Detroit Pistons), Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (Bobcats), Alexey Shved (Minnesota Timberwolves), Dion Waiters (Cavaliers), and Tyler Zeller (Cavaliers).

The format changed last year, to where it's a general player pool and honorary captains fans pick the actual teams from there. Though I assume the even Rookie/Sophomore ratio remains.

This has been the weeks of the Jimmymergence (please get this trending), but on the other hand it's is also a pretty stacked group of Sophomores. Who do you think should've been snubbed instead of the Jimmy?
