The New Orleans Hornets won the draft lottery Wednesday night, which was a pretty good scenario from the Bulls standpoint. The Bobcats got a very valuable #2 pick, but winning the Anthony Davis sweepstakes would've done more to ruin the pick they owe the Bulls.
Davis stays out of the Eastern Conference, and another East team was dealt a blow as the Nets not finishing top-3 sent their pick to Portland.
The Bulls have the #29 pick instead of #30 after winning a coin flip against the Spurs several weeks ago. The Bulls do not currently own a 2nd round pick (dealt with John Salmons a couple trade deadlines ago), though those are bought and sold all the time.
The full 1st round draft order is after the jump. There will be draft coverage at BaB, just likely not much by me. I know even less about these guys than I do about NBA players. Start throwing out names for me.
