So, the Bulls have looked into acquiring Leon Powe. From Bull's mouthpiece beat writer, KC Johnson:
The Bulls still might add a reserve big man. Leon Powe, who played for Tom Thibodeau in Boston, is a possibility.
I would be delighted with the Bulls adding big man depth that's actually useful -- unlike, say, Scal. I've always been a big fan of Powe's game. He played only 328 minutes last year with a 15.0 PER and played worse and fewer minutes the previous year. He's got the most knee issues this side of Greg Oden, but if he's healthy, he's a solid scorer on the block and would help as a 5th big in a pinch. I also like that he played in Thibs' defensive system for the Celts.
