phew...
I was getting so worried that there wouldn't be any preseason games, I almost surveyed 20 imaginary friends. Anyone have an explanation on the La Crosse location? Seems like a better spot for a T-Wolves/Bucks exhibition showdown than Bulls/Bucks. That's a long bus ride for the Bulls too.

I'm sure they'll fly
The Bucks try to play a couple of games elsewhere in the state each year.  Flip Saunders used to catch a CBA team in La Crosse, and I'm betting Kevin McHale doesn't want to come and get booed by the old La Crosse fans.

That's a joke, btw.

Why the Bulls?  More people will come out and see the game.  Who do you want to watch on the T'Wolves?

I figured there might be
a T-Wolves/Bucks fan rivalry thing in La Crosse.

I'll answer my own question
(JoeJoe would have been proud of all my self-replying.)

It looks like the Bucks are doing a tour around Wisconsinland, and playing in Green Bay. They're excited in La Crosse!

There are a number of bucks in the La Crosse area, but none of them are going to draw the attention that these Bucks will. Besides, these Bucks prefer the city, not the woods.

We're talking Milwaukee Bucks, as in the NBA team.

Move over George Plimpton. The article does point out that Yi could make his debut in that game.

Why
Wouldn't "imaginary" friends be too biased to make a scientific meaningful survery?  Why not just ask real people

if you don't know any real people
An "Iowa Girl," "The Burnout," "Dominican Chick #2," and "one of those Goth girls" will have to suffice. I'm curious why the cop, Indian chief, construction worker, soldier, biker, and cowboy were unavailable for comment.
