Ben Wallace out tonight!

http://chicagosports.chicagotribune.com/sports/basketball/bulls/cs-070404bullsbits,1,4089988.story?c oll=cs-home-headlines

Bulls center Ben Wallace will miss Wednesday's game at Detroit after being taken to a hospital with inflammation in his sinus.

Wallace was expected to return home with the team and be evaluated Thursday, the club said.

A four-time defensive player of the year, Wallace spent six seasons with the Pistons before signing a four-year, $60 million deal with the Bulls last summer. He is averaging 6.4 points and 10.8 rebounds.

Does this mean there could be a Michael Sweetney sighting tonight?

Pollen is at an record
high! More Krapy and the tall Russian kid.  I might just sit Wallace until the playoffs just to get Sweetney back in shape. I really thought after that Miami series Sweets would be motivated to shed some weight and work for a new contract soon? Remember when the thing was to have everyone working out at the Berto in the summer. I guess they gave up on that.

I imagine
we'll see more of Brown at C, Allen at PF/C, Ty at F, and Krap-ya somewhere (can't he play C).

This certainly puts a damper
on my linkage from earlier today. I hope Ben Wallace's skull(s) feels better soon.
