Everyone thinks Boozer's contract is untradeable, but I found a desperate team that would definitely do this trade. The question is if WE want to do the trade.

So we give up Boozer and Rip Hamilton for Brendan Haywood and Shawn Marion.

This gives us an overpaid backup C, and much less offense than we had. But, I say if we also get a pick, while saving money by losing Booze, and are able to then trade Deng for someone who could really help Rose with the offense (neither Rip nor Booze were going to help him enough), then it's something I would definitely think about.
