Is Chicago the mystery third team trading a veteran SF in the proposed Minnesota/Portland deal?

Okay, it's a long-shot, but I am not sure if we could be surprised by anything now. The way the numbers stack up, something has to give and it sure could be Deng. They pick up some draft picks or maybe one high draft pick and run into the season with the Jimmy and Rasual Butler show?

Of course, I have Chicago on the brain, and I am still dying for any move of any kind that shows that the FO is awake at the wheel. It would be a thunder-strike to this coming season, but as some has said, blow it up now, draft high and get some fresh legs next to Rose on the break.
