- nate robinson and c.j.watson are pretty much a wash.
- marquis teague will be better than john lucas iii, if not already.
- marco belinelli is better than ronnie brewer.
- jimmy butler was on the roster last season, but hardly played. he really replaced kyle korver.
- vladimir radmanovic is not as colorfull a personality as brian "the white mamba" scalabrine, however the skills and playing time match.
- kirk hinrich has not been good, but is at least a wash with mike james.
- the biggest drop-off from last season, besides rose missing a lot more games obviously, is omer asik being replaced by nazr mohammed.
