Kirk Hinrich has a bruised knee and could play against the Nets on Saturday. If he doesn't, Marquis Teague could get the start.
MRI results of oft-injured Bulls point guard Kirk Hinrich are back, and they have revealed a bruised left knee. Hinrich didn't practice on Friday, although Tom Thibodeau said that he's doing better and could play against the Nets on Saturday:
Kirk Hinrich didn't practice. Thibodeau said he's "a lot better" but remains day-to-day. MRI revealed bruised left knee. #Bulls

Yawn. But what's much more interesting is this bit from CSN Chicago's Aggrey Sam:
Thibs: Kirk is day-to-day, didn't practice, had an MRI, bruised left knee, could play tomorrow vs. BK. Also: Marquis could start.

Marquis Teague took advantage of his opportunity against the Sixers on Wednesday, playing good defense on Jrue Holiday and showing a few nice flashes of offense. Who knows if Thibs actually follows through on this, but I know at least one person on this site would be thrilled if it happens.
Update with more context (sort of) to Teague stuff
More Thibs: If Kirk doesn't go, will Nate start? "Possibly." Is Marquis in consideration to start? "He could be."
