"why did I offer to borrow Carlos Boozer's gym bag?" - Harry How

Hinrich is back and Thibs is looking to increase the first-unit's time together

After the past two games that saw either Kirk Hinrich or Luol Deng sitting with injuries, the Bulls look to be at full strength tonight against the Timberwolves.

Hinrich, who had a swollen thumb, practiced on Thursday and Thibodeau is looking to do some kind of ramping up towards a regular season rotation:

Tom Thibodeau will have the opportunity to lengthen his regular-season starters' minutes slightly against the Minnesota Timberwolves as the exhibition schedule brings the fifth of seven games.

"Each game will be a little bit more," Thibodeau said. "You just have to keep moving forward."

The Wolves, of course, have just received some debilitating news this week with the 6-8 week injury suffered by Kevin Love. It may provide a silver lining for recent #2 overall pick Derrick Williams, but not much else.

And, um, apropos of little, I guess look to see if VladRad gets any time tonight. He didn't play in the last preseason game and apparently is still working through earning Thibs's trust.

The blogging enemy tonight is the tremendous Canis Hoopus.
