Someone tweeted that Taj has a high ankle sprain

Anyone know if that’s as bad for basketball players as it is for football?

Sadly, my self worth is almost entirely based upon the outcome of the previous night's Bulls game.

bad.

not sure how long it last, but the big issue is its easy to re-injure.

Let us cavort like the Greeks of old! You know the ones I mean.

no ligament damage though...

these injuries tend to be worse for football players.

by Geo4MVP on Jan 21, 2012 6:21 PM CST up reply actions

it can be worse

Ankle injuries are more prominent among NBA players than they are NFL players. Reason being NBA players place more emphasis on their feet and ankles when it comes to cutting but NFL players hold a low base in a squat position which is why knee injuries happen more for NFL players than NBA players.

I guess Rick James is the back up pg.

This game could be ugly. Good thing it’s Charlotte at home.

Yeah, but I would think Thibs would opt for a smaller lineup with Lu at pf

dude, the bulsl are not alone

injuries are gonna happen throughout this whole season.

As an example:
DwainPrice Dwain Price
Mavs forward Dirk Nowitzki will miss four games with a sore right knee. He won’t play again until Jan. 29 against the Spurs.

So yeah, this season has been a mess

The Final Word on Cleveland

Their paper posted a “best-of” list and the coter’s choice for best bakery was a Panera or something like that.

Cleveland sucks so hard now that LeBron left and put good bakeries out of business.

It's all meant to happen

Thibs will finally realize Jimmy Butler is worth more than garbage minutes.

True that

I’m curious to see him in non-garbage time performance.

it'll be odd to watch a mediocre bulls team tonight

after having been spoiled the last 3 years. but i have a feeling thibs’ discipline will make this team overachieve. and good luck to our bench guys who will be seeing serious minutes. it can only help us as the season progresses

Let the tyrus thomas bashing commence!

And Thibs said, Let there be three's, and Deng shot threes
And Deng saw the three's, that they were good
And didn't shoot long two's anymore
