Alright, how the hell does Memphis suck this bad.
Their roster is incredible but they consistently under-perform. Top 5 center and power forward. Top 10 SF. Reasonable backcourt with a damn good OJ Mayo as a 6th man. Any thoughts?

They haven't played well yet this season! With complete roster continuity!
The only time that they have played to their talent level was the end of last season. In my opinion, there is something bad in the culture there. Also, ‘incredible’ roster is admittedly hyperbolic.

but the way memphis has handled it has been terrible. They could have traded him for value instead of letting him rot on their bench. Another big man, even that guy they tried to trade for from Indiana, would look really good about now.
