Every Owner's Position On A Potential CBA
It's obvious that Stern needs the majority of the owners (much more than half) to be for a new CBA. Why would he want to run a league in which only some of them are satisfied? According to truehoop, 17 are for a lock-out. Reinsdorf's lukewarm attitude is unacceptable for this organization. It is vital for him for take a strong stance not only for the CBA, but also for the potential for the Bulls to reach that championship level.

I read
the article, it was pretty good, looks Like the Bucks and Bobcats are holding hands on a hard cap
looks like
if this is the real sentiment among owners…
this season is fucked. i think a lot more small market teams are willing to forfeit an entire season because of the miami heat than are willing to come out and say it bluntly (see dan gilbert)
17 Hawks and 12 Doves (Atlanta being TBD)
If they can agree on a revenue sharing plan, the season can be saved, or so I would think based on the little tidbits. The douchey new owners are trying to break the players backs, but with the extra cash from revenue sharing, they would probably only need to fix that BRI percentage (as close to 50% as possible in my opinion) Of course if they settle on revenue sharing before they address the CBA, then the players will want to concede less, but from the looks of it, if revenue sharing goes through, I think the new CBA will look very similar to the old one, as has been stated somewhere on BaB previously.
Let us cavort like the Greeks of old! You know the ones I mean.
