Oops, and I couldn’t manage to find it anywhere online but I remember Craig Sager interviewing LeBron right after the game and mentioning him being sick and LeBron playing it up just a bit. Nothing big but at least equal to the amount that Dirk has. Oh wait, Dirk didn’t mention it much at all.
Not to mention that they did this after losing to the sick guy...
