From the first two angles, it looks like he definitely got fouled.

But from the last, he certainly clears everyone. This is why it took so long for him to get calls. He’s just so frickin’ ATHUHLETICK!

That crossover is called the "Hands Up"

Basically, if you are a guard with a consistent enough j, u can hit an opponent with this all day. It’s a move that became famous in the DC area, and was brought to the league by Allen Iverson out of his Gtown days. It’s the same crossover that AI hit MJ with his rookie year.

You’re right about Rose’s. If you’re a threat to hit the jumper you can get people with this. I think A.I. just straight crossed Jordan with the fake left and go right.
