Really?

‘The favorite to win the championship’ Hmm pretty spot on but if it’s LA and Chicago man thats going to be a dogfight.

draft express has him at 6'9.5" with shoes

and I was under the impression that they were pretty accurate

Fair enough

But he’s 6’7.75" w/o shoes. And when someone asks you how tall you are, do you tell them your height with shoes on? I never really understood the point of that measurement.

Pat Riley is the devil.

that's true

i just thought the “with shoes” measurement is what is typically given in the NBA.

eg Dwight Howard 6’9" without shoes, Melo 6’6" without 6’7.5" with, Amare 6’8.5" without 6’10" with.

2 of those 3 were measured right after high school

I wouldn’t be surprised if Howard and/or Stoudamire grew an inch or so from those measurements.

"You can't be afraid to play somebody because they've got 3 really good players. How are you going to win if you're afraid to play? We're not going to be afraid to play - we're going to fight, we're going to attack, we're going to throw it out there and see what happens." - Carlos Boozer

that's a good call

i don’t know exact heights nearly as well as i used to…the likes of Jordan, Pip, Kobe, etc aren’t listed on draftexpress

Chris Mannix

spent about two minutes researching this segment. I’ve never heard his name associated with the Bulls. I like what he’s saying, but I have no reason to believe he knows what he is talking about.

Credentials

-2nd or 3rd in Sports Illustrated’s NBA coverage. Also writes on boxing for SI.

-Has been on local radio ( B&B) numerous times throughout the year talking NBA and Bulls.

-He was a big proponent of Bulls getting Rip at the deadline instead of Boston. ( I didn’t agree with this at all, but was very high on the Bulls as far back as December)

Well, his insights failed to impress me.

But perhaps they are enough for people just learning about the Bulls.
