Wade met with the Chicago Bulls twice last summer when he was a free agent, but according to the ruling, Bulls owner Jerry Reinsdorf never met with Wade, nor did the team ever present the 2006 NBA finals MVP with a contract offer.

not sure how to fix it or whats wrong
The ultimate fan experience is no longer courtside seats, it's Keith Bogan's job.
Landry FIelds?
I remember once former Bull Dave Corzine staring at a stat sheet after a loss when he had one rebound and Michael Jordan offering, "One more rebound than a dead man."

You must have me confused with someone else, I have never been to Chicago.

No way.
If they didn’t trade him for Anthony, they aren’t trading him. Besides, he’s fan favorite now. And they need somebody on that team that doesn’t care about scoring.
If Isiah Thomas returns as there GM
theres always a way!

I don't even care if that's true or not
Wade obviously had no plans to play here unless LeBron and Bosh quit on him

I'd agree with that.
I also think his ex wife had to do with it too. He won custody of his boys, so there really wouldnt have be a reason to Wade to sign other than choosing the Bulls as a personal preference.

There was no need to negotiate a price.
Everyone knew Wade would get a max contract, unless James came too as in Miami.
Why would they care to offer him a contract?
Everyone already assumed he was getting a max. The two meetings alone were pretty much offers
