This is a good read.
But it’s something that anybody who watches the Bulls play won’t be surprised to read. However, I really do like it when statistics prove what me eyes tell me.
Ask me about Tom Thibodeau!!!

No surprise there(I didn't even read the article).
He’s an excellent drive and pick PG, and all the defensive help he draws in leads to wide open threes.
Now can someone tabulate the number of Rose's missed shots
that result in offensive rebounds? I’m convinced that many of his missed shots are as good as assists because he has drawn a double or triple team.

Especially with Joakim,
who’s among the best in the league at tipping in misses.

Man I wish we had Morrow or Redick
These numbers back up a simple truth that is palpable when watching Chicago play: Rose is one of the best when it comes to getting his teammates excellent looks from three.

And another good quote, for the MVP campaign
According to Synergy Sports Technology, Rose passes 25% of the time when he isolates with the basketball, which is not a particularly high mark, but consider that when including passes out of this setting as well he produces a scoring efficiency of 1.125 points per possession with an adjusted field goal percentage of 54.3. Not only do these mark rank higher than other elite point guards like Nash, Rajon Rondo, Deron Williams and Chris Paul, but also well above other primary scorers including Kobe Bryant, Lebron James and Dirk Nowitzki.

Makes sense.
Anyone else remember the two man fast breaks that him and Gordon would run during his rookie season? Rose and Gordon would be running fairly even, Gordon would stop at the wing, Rose would keep driving, and kick it back to Gordon for the open three.
Hopefully we can find another elite three point shooter in the draft…well one that isn’t a complete liability like Korver on defense. I wish we had more three point shooters who could really take advantage of defenses collapsing on Rose and Boozer.

Another reason to get Mike Bibby.
He’d be a good, Derek Fisher-esque three-point shooter/facilitator off the bench.

Mike Bibby can't guard ME at this point.

derek fisher
is an apt comparison in more ways than one ;)
Look
I didn’t want to offend anyone by saying the "f" word or generalizing my statement to any particular sex by saying "gays" or lesbians" or "bi’s" so "homos" is the most "politically correct" term. I’m just trying to be more tact in a tactless blog.
