Best off the bench: Breaking down the top reserve squads by Shaun Powell, NBA.com
Suns, Lakers, Celtics, Rockets, Magic, Nuggets, Bucks, Trail Blazers, Spurs, Mavricks
No Chicago Bulls and Bucks bench is considered deeper than the Bulls! He belives Delfino, Mbah a Moute, and Boykins is better than Taj Gibson, Korver, and Watson. I would have to disagree because Korver is better shooter than Delfino, Gibson is a better scorer and even on defense than Mbah a Moute, and Watson is as explosive a scorer and taller than the defensively challenged 5'5 Boykins.

There's just too many small things to pick apart in that column to take it seriously
He refers to Brad Miller as a rebounder. He lists Orlando’s bench wings as VC/Redick (whichever isn’t starting), Richardson, and Pietrus. Curious as to who that leaves to actually start at SF for the team. He references Batum as a reserve even though he was starting last year.
I’d say the Magic still have the best and deepest bench in the NBA. Redick, Pietrus, Gortat, Anderson, and Bass are all starter quality players.
Well, isn't what LeBron did last night the living embodiment of The Secret, leaving millions on the table and turning himself into a hometown villain, all for the sake of winning?

Regarding Bucks vs Bulls
Delfino is way better all around than Korver…Delfino could start…he wouldn’t be great starting but he could. Gibson is better offensively than Mbah a Moute but Mbah a Moute is one of the most versatile defenders in the league. Watson is way better than Boykins.
I agree completely with this.
Delfino started in 66 games last year for the Bucks. Also, his defense is just about the polar opposite of Korver’s.
Add in Keyon Dooling, CDR, Ersan Ilyasova and Mbah a Moute and the Bucks’ bench easily trumps ours. If Larry Sanders hits the weight room and learns to use his 7’5" wingspan, we’re in trouble.

that was weird.....only the subject line got posted
at any rate: Delfino started 66 games last year for the Bucks and now goes to their bench. Add in Keyon Dooling, CDR, Ersan and Moute, and the bucks’ bench easily trumps the Bulls’.
Also, if Larry Sanders hits the weight room and learns to use his 7’5" wingspan, the Bucks would definitely be one of the deepest teams in the NBA.

i really dislike Delfino
Seems like everytime I see the guy playing NBA ball he’s throwing up bricks. I’m not saying that he’s not a better all around player than Korver, as Korver is a very limited player IMO…spot up, receive pass, shoot 3, try not to get exposed on defense. Just not a Delfino fan at all…bleh
why do people like Doctor a Moute? he's too small to defend PFs and his offensive game is totally
inadequate for a wing player.

“on most teams, nate robinson could start”

If only the Bulls had Ben Gordon
In the past 10 years, just four team owners have not paid a luxury tax and are not on pace to pay one this year: Donald Sterling, Jerry Reinsdorf, Chris Cohen (Golden State), Bob Johnson (Charlotte).
Two owners’ teams averaged an operating income of over +$10 million per year while their teams have lost over 60% of their games: Donald Sterling and Jerry Reinsdorf.

We have Taj Gibson on our bench.
