UPDATE (9/25): Kennedy is reporting Noah asking for 70 million but will settle for 65, and is not reporting to camp at the 'encouraged' early time. This is a bit lower than what Kennedy reported a few weeks ago. Remember, Woj earlier in the week said that they're 'far apart', and the Bulls typically do not budge on early extensions. Last one to sign early was Hinrich, the day before the deadline that season. -ed.]
