lol @ Samuels doin' the DWade hand look thing
Hope we sign him
eat. sleep. hoop. repeat. become legendary.
Is it even possible for Samuels to not make the roster?
He’s looked great so far. He’d be great with the Bulls too.

Bouldin
His slow, rock you to sleep style would be good if he could at least shoot or finish. He really does neither.
[only built for cuban linx]
he's workin with stockton..
whatever that means.
He needs to work with an agility and shooting coach. His vision and handle is perfect. He’s just no threat in any way.

JJ back in early 2nd quarter picks up 2 fouls in 10 sec
can’t belive I missed that
Why is JJ wearing 18? Didn't notice that.
Has he had it the whole SL?

What is Fratello talking about?
Maybe I am being too critical, but he is saying how well Johnson has played and honestly he hasn’t shown me much throughout these games. As I type this he picks up his 4th foul already on another horrible decision.

Dumb
Why did Bouldin try to bring the ball up on the sideline. Just stupid.

Jesus Christ
It’s a constant struggle for Bouldin to get across halfcourt

Armon Johnson is closing up his space pretty good.

He's at least playing decent defense.

That flying blindly to the basket
and getting simultaneously blocked/falling on the floor was Pargo-esque!

Come on JJ
He plays great defense and steals the ball from Ibekwe under the basket, then gets a charge at the other end.

He’s been playing a lot of SG and SF. So who knows. He looks like he’s around 210-220

He does look big.
His handles are deceiving. One play he looks great, then another play he looks like a 5th grader.
"I'm at the thingamajig talking the yakety-yak" - Kenny Smith
There’s really nothing wrong with his handle AT ALL. He’s probably the 2nd or 3rd best ball handler in this game right now (both teams). His probably has been his decision making in the break. He bowled over 2 guys on fast breaks by being indecisive.

- think JJ is struggling to score but he is happy with his D
- he thinks Lucas could be an excellent 3rd guard (i don’t know if he meant 3rd pg or just 3rd guard in general)
- going to implement some of Boston’s sets in Chicago. Compared Rose ability to penetrate to Rondo’s. Likes Boozer’s versatility, and wants to use Deng cutting to the basket and his mid-range game.
- like Samardo Samuels activity.

Excited to see Deng getting back to cutting
Vinny had no idea that was one of his strengths
Deng/Boozer/Noah: All your rebound are belong to us.
He has a stroke.
You think he’ll make the Bulls?
"I'm at the thingamajig talking the yakety-yak" - Kenny Smith
If this was last year, yes! He’s shown he can really score the basket. I haven’t seen him play too much defense though. With Thibs as the coach, he’s probably looking for defensive players. Byars plays much better defense but doesn’t score as well. It’s gonna be a good battle!

I'd take Almond over Bryers, at least at this point.

I agree
Both are good, pure shooters. It wouldn’t hurt to consider either of them.
I guess I’d wanted Almond because he’s gotten a lot more shot attempts. I’m sure Bryers will be fine if he can get some more shots off.

i think Byars plays better D and has more diverse skills
Almond is pretty much just a shooter.

That's a good point.
Their playing styles are a bit different in that way.

I think JJ has done a lot of things well, as Thibs says, mainly defensively. His scoring as been bad but he’s been facilitating well.

Almond can shoot
He just can’t dribble.
I can predict the future using Norm Van Lier's crystal balls.
