Miller is embarrassing

Howard knocks Rose out for games and Miller just tries to collect his check. I’m sick of his soft clown act

disagree.

Brad Miller is a good backup center.

wade drove, miller fouled him i think

kirk gets a tech, miller gets a tech, kirk bumps refs, kirk gets a tech, kirk thrown

by cowraiser on Mar 12, 2010 8:57 PM CST up reply actions

refs called a flagrant on miller for a foul on wade. it wasn't that hard

wade got free because of a moving pick. hinrich goes berserk saying “that’s bullshit” because it wasn’t anywhere near a flagrant and they totally missed a moving pick

WTF is this shit?

All this flopping around like a bunch of pussies and then taunting? Lots of Heat class?

James Johnson was awesome

Pargo started. Wade looked awful. Bulls looked good for 2 quarters. Hinrich got ejected, bumped a ref. Refs suck. Pargo time all game.

Bosh or Bust

by JockstrapNoah on Mar 12, 2010 9:08 PM CST up reply actions

if you read the box score

you may believe Pargo had a good game. He did not. Hinrich was ejected for grabbing/bumping a ref after a bs flagrant foul call and two techs. JJ had a good game. People argued about Miller

by Basketball Smurf on Mar 12, 2010 9:10 PM CST up reply actions

Thanks!

But to be sure, I never believed that Pargo had a good game

by tuff-gong on Mar 12, 2010 9:12 PM CST up reply actions

I missed the game

but came in and saw that Pargo was 3-11. I happened to catch that little flurry of shots at the end to make his night look respectable. I must’ve just missed the Hinrich thing.

No one thing

“The Bulls gave the Heat all they could handle”? Not really. It’s just exaggerated or plain wrong comment one after another. I like Stacey, but Funk is just awful. If he’s not misstating what’s going on on the court, he’s making statement which are homerish to the point of annoyance. Dude sucks.

by Stay Chisel on Mar 12, 2010 9:15 PM CST up reply actions   1 recs

If one positive comes out of this game

it’s that maybe JJ gets more consistent playing time and thus cuts down on the three guard lineup, and maybe some extra rest for Taj.

But with VDDS, you never know.

Damn, can't believe I missed the JJ breakout game.

Apparently there was a scuffle? Was Wade just being a crybaby?

by Ozzie Montana on Mar 12, 2010 10:48 PM CST reply actions

he didnt have to

this is exactly what happened: Wade gets a moving screen from haslem, its not a big deal, its against the rules, but it happens quite a bit….kirk tries to stay with wade, while wade gets the middle open for him to take it at brad. Brad lifts his hands up to contest, doesnt jump (he cant hes brad), Wade hits brad, brad get hit and his arm comes down from the impact, wade falls to the floor throwing up a shot, whistle blows. While wade is getting up the ref says its a flagrant on brad. wade smiles turns around and walks towards the 3pt line smiling saying “thats right” while hinrich starts arguing, he at one point points towards the other side of the rim, then he sticks his leg out about a trip, and eventually says “bullshit! thats fucking bullshit!” i can only assume he was talking about the calls not going their way, the trip by haslem not being called, and that the foul that brad commited (it was a foul) was not a flagrant at all (it really wasnt), the ref doesnt want to hear it and hinrich keeps talking…first technical. Hinrich gets more mad, and is joined by brad miller who has been telling another ref similar stuff, he turns to teh same ref hinrich was talking to and he gets a tech, this makes hinrich even more furious, but he is pulled away from the ref. Wade shoots his first free throw, misses his second, then shoots his third, during the third hinrich is standing around wade, he then says some more stuff, again talks smack to the ref, the ref starts walking away and then suddenly stops, hinrich bumps into the ref, but keeps talking…second technical and hinrich is gone…

On Behalf of Sue, Wjb, majoyenrac, Bullshooter and all the other Hinrich fans...Ill keep the Hinrich Hope coming...There will be light!

Wow I just saw the video.

How that’s a flagrant foul on Miller I have no clue. He doesn’t make any malicious move on Wade, he just rotates and stands there.

If that was Rose, it wouldn’t have even been a personal foul.

by Ozzie Montana on Mar 13, 2010 12:46 AM CST up reply actions

I recorded the

game and just watched the replay of that foul. Brad puts his arms up and to me it looke like Wade ran into Brads raised arm. I won’t be surprised if Kirk gets suspended either. He was really pissed tho.

OK I don't know shit about basketball.

by sue369 on Mar 13, 2010 1:09 AM CST up reply actions

the way i saw it

and its the way i think the refs saw it, is that it looks like brads elbow comes down on wade, i think it was more or less a result of wade running into him (just reaction) and didnt have alot of force behind it, and i think the elbow for the most part misses and its alot more of his arm….

sort of like wade going into his stomach, brad sort of does the “oof” effect, and his arm comes down a bit, wade ends up being below it….i could see that being called a foul because its wade…but to call it a flagrant….thats just ridiculous even IF that was wade or lebron or kobe…its just such a bad call to be a flagrant, if they said it was a foul, of course id hate the call, as would the bulls, but i think it might be one theyd roll their eyes to , maybe talk a little smack…

what got kirk upset, and i believe he had every right to get upset at, was it being called a flagrant, and the obviously logical question would be…if thats a flagrant, then how is us getting smacked into the floor not even a foul?! I think at one point, brad miller was fouled on the other end in the 3rd, and while he was hit he passed the ball to taj….the whistle blew before the ball got to taj, and taj did what alot of players do, just finish the play despite the whistle….well while he went up for that layup two guys (haslem and someone else) jumped him….and taj and brad were like “wtf, you cant hit a guy after the whistle blows!!!” but the refs did nothing…

On Behalf of Sue, Wjb, majoyenrac, Bullshooter and all the other Hinrich fans...Ill keep the Hinrich Hope coming...There will be light!

JJ FINALLY RECEIVED REAL MINUTES AND LOOK WHAT HAPPEN!!!!!!

I have been saying this all season why isn’t james johnson, the bulls first round draft pick receiving any real minutes. It’s because vinny is a stupid, lousy coach that doesn’t know what the hell his doing and i’m sick and tire of this play my favorite player bullshit and not the better player. This is the real reason why vinny must be fire after the season because he doesn’t have a fucking clue what his doing as a coach, he has no choice now but to play jj and other players now.

by Jermal on Mar 12, 2010 11:09 PM CST reply actions

Say what you want about Hinrich,

but at least he had the cajones to speak out against the refs. Benny Adams is an idiot too. If that was a flagrant foul on Brad, then we should’ve won the playoff game against the celtics when Rondo raped Miller’s face.

Half of me wished JJ was complete garbage this game so he could go Kimbo Slice on the heat.

....the real Kimbo Slice display should happen in Paxson and Gar's offices.

The Bulls are bad because many starters on this team are marginal

And the bench players are marginally worst than the starters.

No real competition to push a starter out of his slot.

Paxson’s classic method (6 years and counting) of building a team! Why would we feel like the summer 2010 will result in anything different? 6 or 7 years already of Paxson should be your history . Paxson’s motto, character counts over talent has merits, but continuelly yields a crappy team and he neglects to enforce that same principle with the back office personnel, Gar?

Get quality starters who by example display to quality backups than they aren’t equip yet to challenge the starter for the position.

Paxson then turns around a pays “marginal starters” like quality starters to make matters worst.

I feel relief in not watching this team any longer

Ok! Just wanted to rub it in a bit!

The Bulls are average because of what I previously stated

The Bulls are bad because many of the better players are hurt!

In any event, Paxson and Gar need to be run out of town, for any reason anyone can come up with!

To be hired for a back office position in Paxson organization you need the following

1) No character and No talent

Then you’ll fit right in with the VP, yet the Owner professes the former, but truly lacks it, but is a master in the latter…

Remember the words just before last summer… “Gordon is number one priority by Gar”

Now, put your trust in the potential promises and false positioning by Paxson’s organization in regards to this summer “free agents”

MANAGEMENT IS BAD BUT IT'S THE COACH TO PLAY PLAYERS

The coach has the final say on what player he wants to play or not and how many minutes to give also. The bulls suck for many reason, 1 is because of injuries and two is because of talent but the main reason is because players need to play to show what they can do, not just 5 or 10 minutes a game. I see teams play player that at least can score or play defense but the bulls choose to play players that can’t do neither, like hinrich, miller and pargo, put jj in the fucking game at least he can score some points.
