Hmmm

I agree with Barkley not sure how Rose fell but its good to go with the flow a bit when falling in general.

by Camry on Mar 11, 2010 8:47 PM CST reply actions

yeah

he should have went head first

by Basketball Smurf on Mar 11, 2010 9:07 PM CST up reply actions

Nah

like I said in general.
Its like a lot of things like even a car crash sometimes trying to brace yourself could end in having a worse injury.

by Camry on Mar 11, 2010 9:12 PM CST up reply actions

Bulls need to let the Clippers overtake them record-wise

I am sure playing without Deng, Rose, and Noah the team will just combust until next season.

by Playboy_BullV on Mar 11, 2010 8:48 PM CST reply actions

Hit his wrist the court hard so its sprained out for the rest of this game should be back soon.

by Camry on Mar 11, 2010 8:56 PM CST up reply actions

Left wrist sprain going against Howard again

At max out 2-3 games

Miller and Pargo

they may have been the most poorly executed pick n’ roll attempt I have ever seen

by chitownsports25 on Mar 11, 2010 8:54 PM CST reply actions

Did Pargo shoot?

And by ‘did he shoot’, I mean ‘did he hit the rim?’

Go Rockets/Nets[CDR]/Bucks[Jennings]!

by Prevenge on Mar 11, 2010 8:55 PM CST up reply actions

I was talking about the one along the sideline where they collided and the ball rolled out of bounds. Magic didn’t really have to do anything on defense.

by chitownsports25 on Mar 11, 2010 8:56 PM CST up reply actions

Ah.

I am not watching the game. Just got home, I was doing stuff. That may be a good thing.

I don't know why I bothered to look at the score.

But….I did :(

Is Rose’s injury serious? Or are they just being cautious?

by Ozzie Montana on Mar 11, 2010 8:59 PM CST reply actions

At max out 2-3 games. Should be back in 2 games?

You know, a lot of times when I watch the Bulls

I wonder why everything looks so hard for this team and so easy for other teams.

for the starters too?

by TheMoon on Mar 11, 2010 9:05 PM CST up reply actions

Not so much when the "regular" starters are available.

They’ve had some smooth looking games this season. But the mismatched lineups? Although I guess that also partly explains why they look so bad.

by wjb1492 on Mar 11, 2010 9:06 PM CST up reply actions

well, i asked because i feel the same way regardless of the lineup. maybe its the spacing?

i dont know, i guess i dont watch a lot of sacramento or new york, but it sure seems like the bulls spacing is ncaa-like, except with more athletic defenders.

"Oooohhh, cat in the wall, eh? Now you're talkin' my language."

by TheMoon on Mar 11, 2010 9:09 PM CST up reply actions

I don't think Derrick-Kirk-Lu-Taj-Jo looked too bad when all were healthy

Then again, it’s been a while. But outside of that?

Maybe spacing. Maybe just lack of chemistry from not playing much together, or trying to do too much for guys who don’t get much PT. Whatever it is, we just look so dang overmatched and uncoordinated all the time.

by wjb1492 on Mar 11, 2010 9:14 PM CST up reply actions

If you take out Vince Carter, the game would be tied.

Long ways to go, but I’m pleased they came out of the half fighting

But Kirk – without Derrick – was somehow suppose to do better?

absolutley no way in hell rose/deng play tomorrow

and honestly, its the right decision. the playoffs arent going to happen. number one goal: get the fuck intot he top 10 in the draft and say fuck you milwaukee

Why aren't they selling Rose's all star jersey?

by hongydraw on Mar 11, 2010 9:49 PM CST up reply actions

Taj ought to take a seat too

Maybe they should make Jerome James get his fat ass out on the court and see if they can make him die of embarrassment.

by Sports2 on Mar 11, 2010 9:52 PM CST up reply actions

i cant tell if your being sarcastic or not, but my feeling is

right now we know the playoffs arent going to happen. so why the fuck kill our injured guys when we arent going to win anyway?

the bulls need to sit noah/deng/taj/rose for most of the rest of the year (noah all of it), and get the fuck into the top 10 to get that pick from milwaukee. i dont see the point in killing everybody to finish 3 games behind charlotte for the right to get blown out in 4 in a row while watching lebron dance.

Why aren't they selling Rose's all star jersey?

good JJ action

some decent Pargo, some decent Law.

and Joe Alexander tackling every Magic player in sight.

Something about Vince Carter getting veryexcite every time Howard (intentionally ) destroys Rose

Carter gets this “we’s gon win” mentality every time rose is gone for the game, and just does 3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3.

Why aren't they selling Rose's all star jersey?

Only time the Bulls played well in this game was a 15-1 run to cut it to 19 (or whatever the hell it was) in the 3rd

then vinny del fuckablowupdoll decided to matchups. the result? several magic 3s, a foul, and back to 30 point lead.

by wjb1492 on Mar 11, 2010 10:04 PM CST up reply actions

I think he's a better player in general than you give him credit for.

I also think he’s stuck in a role on the Bulls that hides some of his strengths while accentuating his weaknesses. He’d be better off playing PG for a team that needs a starting PG. The Bulls would be better off allocating the cap hit differently, provided they can get someone through free agency or trade that plays SG better than Kirk. Right now, he’s the Bulls’ best option there.

by wjb1492 on Mar 11, 2010 10:12 PM CST up reply actions

I will tell you my thoughts.

He’s 30 now? He’s 2 months older than I am. I have watched him play for 7 years now. He’s not getting younger. But he needs to be dealt summer. I don’t care what you think he could offer anymore. It’s over. He’s done in Chicago. I agree he would fit better on another team.

by SoulEater7 on Mar 11, 2010 10:04 PM CST up reply actions

I'm not fighting. You wanted to make fun of his stats.

Certainly not a parade-worthy night – but as I pointed out above, Derrick led the Bulls to an 11 point deficit before getting hurt, and that was with Kirk available. Since you obviously don’t think Kirk is better than Derrick, I’m wondering why you think he should have done better without Derrick available?

by wjb1492 on Mar 11, 2010 10:08 PM CST up reply actions

come on wendy, kirk sucks, he has been downhill since 2007

what ever happened to him i dont know, but the organization’s blind love for him is unacceptable, he is supposed to be the Captain right? and does he do? SUCK even more, even if he was called to step up, because D-Rose is injured.

Because 6 assists and 1 TO in 27 minutes is just hideous while playing PG most of the night?

You want to be pissed that Kirk isn’t a guy who can carry a lineup of Jannero Pargo, James Johnson, Taj Gibson, and Brad Miller (and their respectively even worse backups) against one of the best teams in the league on the road? Fine. I have a vastly different definition of “sucks.”

Sad.

It’ sad that people got their hopes up when the Bulls got five games over .500 and made it look like they were a playoff team.

I’m just glad the team has done yet another nosedive under VDN and maybe people will finally see that he is a below average coach (like anyone who is not a Bulls fan), that can’t get the most out of a young team. I don’t wish for anyone to lose their job but damn, VDN is not a good coach, and everyone but Rose should be on the block this offseason.
