I'm sure there will be much speculation about potentially adding a big man now that Noah's out. There's an excellent chance that the Bulls don't do anything at all, and if they do make a move, I highly doubt it'll be to add a high impact player. Allow me to get the ball rolling.
Jason Thompson - The Kings have a glut of decent but not great big men, and I've read speculation that they've been shopping Thompson. He's a very solid young player and he'd be a great guy to plug in while Noah's out. Maybe we kill two birds with one stone and try to get Francisco Garcia along with him. Something like Brewer + JJ + a 1st round pick for Thompson + Garcia would make us a much better team and save the Kings a bunch of money.
Ian Mahinmi - Hasn't been getting regular playing time in Dallas. Has shown flashes of promise from time to time throughout his short NBA career. Might be worth a shot.
Chris Wilcox - I've always liked him. Not getting a lot of burn in Detroit. Maybe they let him go for a a 2nd rd pick or something.
Brad Miller - I want him back. Probably won't happen because of contract matching reasons. Phooey.
Rasheed Wallace - Doubt he has much left in the tank, but then again neither does Kurt Thomas.
Mikki Moore - Heard his name mentioned in some comment. Meh.
Rod Benson - D-League superstar that has a somewhat controversial blog. Definitely a longshot.
That's all I got off the top of my head. Discuss.
