nice glowing remarks
but the premise that getting LeBron would’ve somehow been a bad result makes this column DOA

We all know you are "friendly," but are you happy?
Although I’m just kidding, I fully expect a response with so much snark that it leave me confused and weeping in a corner. Fire away.
That's what I was thinking.
Enjoyed the article, but when is it a good thing to miss out on the best player in the league?
nah
i really think that Bron’s decision is gonna help us in the long run. Players like Jo and Rose feed off that shyt in the gym, whether training harder on d weights or developing their game to make up for his loss

LeBron wouldn't have helped us.
Just look at how bad the Heat were two weeks ago.
Teams without Chapu lost 1173 games during the 2009-'10 season.

I hope you're joking

Chapu is to serious comments
as Rose is to shooting free throws.

CLEVER!!!
In the past 10 years, just four team owners have not paid a luxury tax and are not on pace to pay one this year: Donald Sterling, Jerry Reinsdorf, Chris Cohen (Golden State), Bob Johnson (Charlotte).
Two owners’ teams averaged an operating income of over +$10 million per year while their teams have lost over 60% of their games: Donald Sterling and Jerry Reinsdorf.
Here comes the avalanche of Bristol pushing the Bulls......
Again, I agree with those who think the national coverage doesn’t add anything… but the push for the Bulls as the Hero of the East is coming.

There may be an avalanche, but this isn't a sign
Wilbon has always been a big Chicago guy. They just gave him a column last week, so we can expect to see his opinions on all the Chicago sports teams in the future.
Yeah, I don't know where he's from, but he went to Northwestern.

Getting national attention is such a catch 22
it’s great that these guys are finally being noticed and publicized, but most of the time the shit that’s written about them is so stupid I get angry that non-fans have only that to go off of when assessing the Bulls.

No 'tougher than nails' cliche Wilbon?
Noah is one tough SOB, as evidenced by him playing through a right hand injury. Rose is toughness squared.

great shot of the past (phil) in the background with the future (rose + noah) front and center

Derrick Rose is a motherfucking ninja.

hmm
no worse than the third-best team in the Eastern Conference
I would love for this to be true, but considering what the Magic did to us last time we played…

orlando is starting to slip against some crappier teams they should be beating
and we’ve had the tougher schedule thus far and arent far behind them in the standings.
same with the heat.
we can possibly shoot for the 2nd spot in the east. thats not saying we’ll have much of a shot in the playoffs against orl/bos but hey it’d be cool to have homecourt
Derrick Rose is a motherfucking ninja.
as someone pointed out, we are already ahead of Orlando in the standings
and i’d like another crack at em with boozer fully integrated. but we should see how noah recovers before we go projecting ourselves into Boston-level greatness.

They don't determine standings by head to head
So the Bulls could very well lose every game to Orlando and be the 3rd seed.

During the off season, I wanted LeBron to be a Bull, no doubt about it.
but, I was over LeBron the moment I saw this team in pre-season and truly believe we are almost better off without Carmelo Anthony. If any of those jerks wanted to win, they would have come here, they are moving for lifestyle, so fuck them. this team has youth and legitimate potential to be great.
This team already HAS stars at its core, we just need to build the right pieces around them and they will lead this team to glory.
Trust me, We’ll be battling Boston in the ECF. Book it.
Boom! Asik, Asik, Asik the room.
man, i don't even want to think about how unbeatable this team would've been
with lebron at the 2.
The name of the team is ARIZONA DIAMONDBACKS - "I tried to convince them that what they were doing was an aberration, an imbecility, a stupidity without name"
I'm pretty sure Bogans is almost lebron
The Miami Heat: Like ants and a magnifying glass. ... OH NO! CHRIS BOSH’S BEAUTIFUL FACE!!!!!!!!
i was hoping you'd said, "... is almost to lebanon."
'David Lee is better than Taj Gibson, that is a fact. Consequently, Dorell Wright can shut down Deng.'
Can’t argue with that logic…
