Top Five: Bulls Players Not Named "Derrick Rose"
A feature I wrote for SB Nation's regional site. It's intended for a general audience, but I'd love some feedback from the knowledgable fanatics who hang out here. There's a poll, too. Thanks!

Nice. I think it's absolutely correct to start the list with Noah.
That near triple-double last night—16, 14 and 8 assists—is the perfect example of how hard he tries, and during a pre-season game!

Yeah, he really seems poised...
…to take a big step forward leadership-wise.

Noah, Deng, Korver, Boozer, and ... and ... uh.
Hey, you forgot Boozer. He may have broken his hand but he IS a bull.
Not a Gibson fan, but I suppose I can see it. … We still need a SG, but oh well, I think Korver will do from what I’ve heard …
The Clippers fired the second-worst coach in basketball so they could hire the worst coach in basketball!
A valid point but...
…I mention Boozer in the intro. I left him out to focus on the active players who will be starting the season.

Not to nitpick but....
It’d be nice if people started touting Deng’s defense a little bit more. He’s a top 5 defensive SF for sure, but he doesn’t get nearly as much recognition in that department as he should.
Pat Riley is the devil.

Please - nitpick away.
That’s the kind of finer point I’m lookin’ for.
