I stopped when I read...
anything from three-pointers to running bank shots.

I didn't even read it.

I just looked at the picture of Vinny and Pargo and clicked off. Then rec’ed it.

Ha

I clicked just to see who wrote it but wow I really forgot Pargo was on this team.

"Pargo, who often is referred to as a poor man's Gordon"

By who? Chicago media? That’s as far as I got. I can’t believe he wasted his time pining for more PT for Pargo.

Remember how good the Bulls were when Hinrich was hurt

and VDN was forced to play Pargo

Great closing sentence

Regardless, the Bulls have to find out if Pargo is capable of filling that role, because if he isn’t, they need to find someone who is.

not the right perspective on Pargo's benching

it’s worth a mention that he doesn’t play, but it shouldn’t be advocating he be in for ‘clutch’ situations.

The question is if he can’t be in for situations like the 3Q against the Thunder, why the heck was he signed?

this really cheeses me

Nobody was going to sign Pargo. If they waited more they could’ve given him an non-guaranteed minimum deal a la the Heat and Carlos Arroyo. Then when realizing he was hurt all year could’ve waived him yesterday.

Instead they used their bi-annual exception (as in they can’t use it next year now) on the guy, it’s fully guaranteed, and it’s almost as if they rushed into the signing to try and placate fans post-Gordon.

So I clicked on the link

and while it was loading, I saw the headline before the article came up: “Bulls need to give Pargo more PT”

I proceeded to close the tab, and add John Jackson to the Neil Funk, Stephen A. Smith, and Mark Jackson category.

Jackson is the worst full-time NBA writer in the city

Playing NBA 2K10 or actually watching the games?

Obviously John Jackson doesn’t watch the games, or basketball in general. Otherwise he would know how awful Jannero Pargo is. Maybe in a video game he’s good, but unfortunately Mr. Jackson, we deal in reality. ‘Poor Man’s Ben Gordon’? I’m not sure anyone in America is that poor. We certainly know Jerry Reinsdorf isn’t…

This is a money quote:

On why Vinny says he doesn’t fit into the current rotations.

Somehow, I don’t think that would be an issue if Pargo had shot the ball better — he’s 35 percent from the field — when he did receive steady playing time early in the season.

Essentially, Jackson is saying that if Pargo wasn’t bad he’d be getting minutes. With insight like that it’s tough to understand why the Sun Times is doing so poorly.

Metal sharpens metal.

And this guy right here understands and knows what leadership is all about: The coach, the hall of famer......... Dick Butka! George Ryan

The Bulls shrink like a dick in cold water.

Sun-Times=Pargo, Tribune=Lindsey Hunter.

Why both exist I have no clue.

watching his performances this season, it is clear, Pargo...

Is FINISHED! That’s why he was in Russia, weeded out by the NBA.
The guy is one of the few players in the league that can not dunk.
Doubt it? Don’t! He can’t.
Pargo is no longer an NBA player, a total waste of time and money.
Guy sucks, and if I hear one more announcer refer to his “great season”
playing with Chris Paul, I’m gonna puke. >See Tyson Chandler… :-)
