Around SBN: Ellenberger vs. Sanchez Heats Up, Hughes Talks Retirement

It seems that the only thing that was holding him back the first month and a half of the season was the ankle injury he suffered in training camp.

hollinger might use stats but his opinions are just as arbitrary as anyone elses.

hollinger basically called rose a ball-hog earlier. whats changed? his assist% hasnt. in fact, hes probably taking more shots now than he did before that blowout in ATL. so how does rose go from “the dark road to stevie franchise” to “brilliant” all of a sudden?

He's not even quoting his own data sets

He’s using “old man stats”.

I hate all this metrics shit. I appreciate it to some small degree. But fvk Hollinger and his PER nonsense. Lies, damned lies and statistics.
