KC restated a previous report that the Bulls are targeting a shooting guard in the summer
If that guard is Dwyane Wade only, then I really don’t have problem. But if they’re making a guy like Joe Johnson a priority over Bosh, Amare or Boozer then they are just complete idiots and this is gonna be real dissapointing

Why is that bad?
I’d take Bosh over Joe Johnson but not over Boozer and Amare. I still think this league is built around scoring backcourts and the Bulls would have one of the best in the league. Guards are also less likely to get injured vs big guys so you get more games out of them over the course of a contract.
I guess the only thing that would confuse me is why get rid of Gordon if you’re just going to target another shooting guard. He’s not better than Johnson but he’d have been much cheaper and given more cap space to target a PF.

Is it just me
or do the refs sometimes just make routine calls without even seeing the play? Somebody drives the lane, the defender falls, it’s a charge if he’s outside. Even if the offensive player barely touched the defender. Pretty frustrating sometimes.

I do hate that the defender is allowed to slide underneath the offensive player
