it is not unexpected when playing against “Sun’s Defense”. If that can be called defense. DePaul Basketball would have scored 100 on those old men.
since the bulls couldnt reach 100 earlier in a blowout at th hands of the raptors, the worst defensive team,
id say amare is stop on.

Still the Suns are a pathetic defensive team.
I don’t know about Amare on the Bulls though… seems like i say this every year with him.. I just don’t think he’s worthy of a Max contract maybe if all other options fail then yes but I just wonder if he’s on the decline.. he’s never been a great defender I don’t think the bulls think much of him either. I think he should be the Bulls 5th option in 2010 if everything else fails.

i saw this comment by AMare earlier this morning
But then read a little further in the article which may explain what he meant. The Suns basically had a game plan of leaving shooters open at the 20ft mark or so (The Bulls’ favorite spot for low % shots) and daring them to make it, while guarding the lane.
That comment may be out of context, as in discussing the game plan, and the bulls hitting shots, which would have been way they would defeat Suns’ plan (hitting the J).
