Hey if Tyson Chandler can, Joakim can! That's right, two cans in one sentence.
Here we go with the high hopes for the upcoming season. Lets take a look at our lovable center and what he can do this season. First he is coming off an emotional playoff series, the one he broke out and averaged 10 points 13 rebounds and 2 blocks for 7 games. While he is a career 6 points 6 rebounds per 22 minutes of play-guy in the regular season his first two years for the Chi, I expect the numbers to go up this season. He is stabilized as our starting center, and got nobody to compete for minutes. Speaking of minutes, I expect that he is gonna play at about 35 minutes a game. Stamina issues have been brought up before, but I believe he is on the right track given his stellar performance in the playoffs. Derrick will make him better as well as everybody else because he is active moving without the ball and runs the floor like crazy. He can get easy 10 un noticeable points(but he screams after every basket so, 5 screams in a 35 minute span) and haul down a lot of rebounds and i mean a lot of rebounds.
