ESPN shuts down tweeting (sort of)
From the RealGM board.
Bucher also explained his understanding of the contours of the policy. "My guess is I can still tweet about my vacation/car shopping, etc. Which I will do, if I can. But the informal NBA talk is prob in jeopardy."

Maybe they should have used twitter responsbility.
Take Adrian Wojnarowski from Yahoo Sports for example. Everything he posts on twitter is gold.
The ESPN (and Sports Illustrated) guys are just posting a bunch of bull crap on twitter.
Chicago Bulls Blog and Forums. NBA Power Rankings.

Rachel Nichols take
was that they could still tweet sports related stuff, they just had to break things via an ESPN platform

Isn't this just common sense?
These guys are freaking paid big bucks to ESPN, with the understanding that ESPN is a company that attempts to make money by providing sports information. ESPN makes money by selling ad space on their web sites, radio, tv, and print space. They don’t get much from anything posted on Twitter unless it’s just a link back to them.
