very nice

although #3 shouldn’t be on there

That was a huge play!

What would you put in it’s place?

"I've missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. Twenty six times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed."- Michael Jordan

That play just reminds me how

Tyrus never played in the last 5 minutes over the rest of the series.

eh

I think a highlight should have an aesthetic component unless its a buzzer beater or something like that. It was a big shot, but it was just a jump shot and wasnt the game winner.

by JSlakov on Aug 28, 2009 5:51 AM CDT up reply actions

I've never seen that BG block

with the Mutombo finger wave afterwards lol. In fact, I don’t remember seeing BG ever get a block like that before. All the playoff plays gave me goosebumps especially the Rose drive and the Noah steal.

No Tyrus alley oop over Wade

nor the monster dunk on Jermaine O’Neal, Sam is trippin’!

by Mr Rhythm on Aug 27, 2009 3:00 PM CDT reply actions

Oh yeah

The dunk over O’Neal should definitely be in there.

Rose’s block on Rondo should have been on the list, too.

by Vittorio De Zen on Aug 28, 2009 10:41 AM CDT up reply actions

The Thomas block being on there really bugs me.

Because Sam left off the four point game winner by Gordon…which was a much better play.

Sam left off both of Gordon’s four point plays, and the other game winner against Detroit that locked up at least the 7th seed.

I think Noah’s steal and dunk should be #1, and Gordon’s three should be #2 on any top Bulls plays list for this year.

you beat me to it!

How in the world you can leave off ONE 4-point play, let alone two is beyond me. Sam is already on the crazy juice.

left shark - "Kirk needs to go and join Ben Gordon and L Deng somewhere else trade Deng and Hinrich they no good"

by NormVanBeer on Aug 27, 2009 3:40 PM CDT up reply actions

Sam had a few 4-point plays to pick from.

BG was generous with those this last year. BG amnesia is hilarious.

Everything I post is speculation. I have no insider information nor ideas deemed concrete enough by those who are self-elected to regulate post content.

by cranscape on Aug 27, 2009 3:47 PM CDT up reply actions

That shot against Detroit was insane.

BG came through big on my birthday, and I was there to see it. It made my day.

by dakoose on Aug 27, 2009 4:18 PM CDT up reply actions

Tyrus’s dunk on O’Neal should have been on this. Ben’s 3 is still epic to me. It just looks so classic in slo-mo. Ben’s 4 pt play was better than Tyrus’s block for sure.

by C Smoove on Aug 27, 2009 3:38 PM CDT reply actions   1 recs

All the aforementioned plays should have been on there

Tyrus’ dunks against Miami, BG’s 4 point play, etc. But man, watching some of those highlights from the Bulls-Celtics series gave me goose bumps. I can’t wait for this season to start.

by Rose Colored Goggles on Aug 27, 2009 3:42 PM CDT reply actions

What

Where’s DRose’s game 6 block on Rajon Rondo??? If he would’ve made that shot they’re wouldn’t have been a game 7.

by chapuforyou on Aug 27, 2009 3:53 PM CDT reply actions   2 recs

yeah, i would have picked it

instead of the salmons block in game 4.

Rose to Tyrus over D-Wade. That game was epic. Triple OT?

by Trey23 on Aug 27, 2009 5:29 PM CDT reply actions

I would have included the put-back dunk at the

1:00 mark here .

by Granny Waiters on Aug 27, 2009 6:05 PM CDT reply actions

Tyrus’s putback dunk after the D Rose miss against Philly was pretty epic too….

by C Smoove on Aug 27, 2009 7:49 PM CDT reply actions

I disagree with this list but don't really care to expound on it.

I guess because it’s Sam and also so many BG plays are involved and I no longer except BG as part of my life. So…

I have seen a QB and it was good.

by SoulEater7 on Aug 27, 2009 8:32 PM CDT reply actions

After watching these highlights now I'm thinking

why did I watch the regular season, all the good stuff happened in the playoffs :P
