They make a great point about his free throw shooting.

He was pretty clutch at the line. I guess Kirk Hinrich or John Salmons can take that role. Wow Kirk Hinrich is still on the Bulls…. I kid!

I have seen a QB and it was good.

A coworker of mine had forgotten Deng existed.

He was all, “I never liked BG, but who is going to replace his scoring.” Me – “Deng maybe?” Him – “Deng?” Me – “ARG@#@$!”

Everything I post is speculation. I have no insider information nor ideas deemed concrete enough by those who are self-elected to regulate post content.

It's so adorable

that Rip Hamilton thinks he’s better than BG.

not even sure

that Ben isn’t better already. Rip looked like garbage last season, though I guess he had the built-in excuse of “I didn’t start”.

I expect Rip to be coming off the bench by the end of the season.

left shark - "Kirk needs to go and join Ben Gordon and L Deng somewhere else trade Deng and Hinrich they no good"

Him?
Ben Gordon made a decision to come here knowing that Rip Hamilton is the starting two guard.

Where’s that snooze button?

He makes pretty much the same points that have been made here

Mainly that he’s such a dynamic scorer that you can live with his other shortcomings. It seems from this that Ben will be the 6th man for Detroit. I’d take Will Bynum as my fourth guard any day of the week over Pargo. Good luck to BG. I’m sure he will continue to do well up in Detroit.

"I've missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. Twenty six times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed."- Michael Jordan

maybe Stuckey will be 6th man.. Ben can play point just was well as Stuckey or better

Rip is pretty much close to trash status. He has a rep as a pesky defender but he doesn’t really play D…he just looks like it. Can only score off screens. I can easily see Rip being traded or him coming off the bench as the season progresses especially if Ben can upgrade from subpar to decidely average on D.

I'm really surprised

That the guy thinks Rip is a better closer than BG. (still think BG is an average defender really and hes not a bad passer)
