Actually, the important part of the article is that he has yet to sign it- which leaves a glimmer of hope he won't.
Anyone know if Augustine ended up with any team?
The other tidbits from that article that caught my attention:
The current Bulls weren’t as visible (at the charity golf outing). The team was expecting a few to be there, but they didn’t make it. Derrick Rose left Tuesday for a promotional trip to China, so he had a decent excuse.
I fully expect Derrick to return 10 lbs lighter but with 3 new tattoos in Mandarin.
Forward Linton Johnson deserves credit for representing the 2008-09 Bulls on the golf course, even though he was cut loose a few weeks ago.
How sad! The Bulls couldn’t get ONE current roster player to show up? I was invited to that event and my email promised current Bulls players and told me how many attended last year’s event. Although, if I attended I would have been pleasantly surprised to see Pippen there and that would have made my day.
