I enjoy reading KD

He tells it straight and is a big NBA fan, not to mention a Bulls fan. His Bulls-specific blogs are usually reflective of opinions here, so you can sense his homerism, which is fine by me.

Nothing new stated in that link that hasn’t been discussed the past two days here…. Pargo is ok for one year at not much money, he is smoke and mirros to hide BG’s departure, Bulls are perpetual money makers and the team that is “just good enough” to keep earning money but not championships (cause more talent would increase payroll and hurt profits)….

Pargo is just a cog in that Bulls org wheel of fan disappointment

Vinny "Remember, I'm Italian" Del Negro no longer has Ben Gordon on his roster. What will his offensive coaching strategy be now? He won't be able to just yell, "Shoot it, Ben!".

not to mention

he’s another “organizational guy”, or seems to be anyway

if they bring him back, i may be more disappointed

than when adrian griffin resigned here.

and nearly 3/4 of people on the trib website wants to bring him back. :(

"They should. They better. I'm Vinny Del Negro!"

Why does Dwyer think it's gonna be for more than one year?

If that was the case, everyone wold be against it, I’m sure

because we're talking about the Bulls here...

…anything dumb is in play.

Label them dumb all you want

But all signs have pointed to them clearing up cap room for 2010.

I still can’t see why anyone would think Pargo would be signed for more than 1 year.

LOL, or it'll give them an excuse next year

“See, we just couldn’t quite match the sort of offers that other teams were making for Lebron and Wade, because we just weren’t quite all the way under the cap to give a max offer”

Oh my, that would be so bad.

"Vinny continues to act like a crazed arsonist pouring gasoline on our season while running around carrying a torch yelling 'I’m in charge. Don’t any of you foolish knaves try to second guess me. I know gasoline is a liquid but I’m pretty sure it isn’t flammable and the odor gives me a natural high.'" - Tyrusmancrush

but it is so plausible. Yikes.

While reading the comments section on Dwyer's article, I came across these two gems:

“Why do some morons on here keep saying trade kirk theres a reason why portland wants him to play with roy…Duhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..Cause he can pass and make plays..and score 18 to 20 a game and play defense..? The bulls would of played kirk more in the playoffs they could of got pass the first round.”

And,

“I might be wrong here, but from what I remember Pargo is a better player than Gordon.”

My level of respect for EVERYONE who posts here on BaB just went up a few notches. Many of you may not like Ben Gordon, but I don’t think any of you would go so far as to say you recall Pargo being better than Gordon. And I think you all know that Hinrich is not an 18-20 ppg scorer regardless of who he is playing with.
