Around SBN: Carmelo Anthony, Amar'e Stoudemire Vow To Fit In With Lin

Sheed, KG, Perkins, Pierce......this team is going to set an all-time record for whining.

Blech

See, the Celts would have done well to offer that MLE to Ariza. One thing that really killed em last year was the loss of Posey, and Ariza is sort of a young Posey. A better athlete, though not as good of a shooter.

Still, he would have made a ton of sense as far as bringing youth, energy and defense to an aging team.

Sheed, on the other hand, lots of talent, but really nothing different to their team. Too old, a sense of entitlement, a history of folding up in really tough spots, and general douchebaggery.

seriously

this seems like the 2004 pistons all over again. Win a championship, and than keep trying to restock your team with veterans on the down side of their careers. The Celtics need to get younger and quicker. Not older and meaner.

Hmm

Was hoping there would be a better balance of power in the NBA this season dah well.

Wow, they've officially assembled the most annoying team in the history of the league

They are gonna set new records for technicals, ejections and fines in a season.

I hope so

I can imagine all of their games averaging 30 minutes longer than usual from all the whining.
