Bobcats, Felton differ on contract terms
"We're definitely not close as far as what we're discussing and what we think fair market [value] is for Raymond," Bradbury said Wednesday, a day after the meeting.
The Bobcats, already over the salary cap, are under orders from owner Bob Johnson not to go over the luxury tax threshold of $69.9 million.

Hmmm...lead guard and the team "far apart" on numbers. Owner strictly against going over the tax. Heh, I know how this is going to end.

Ray Felton can play. He should be getting more of a look from teams like the Blazers that need PG upgrades.
He can defend (has had positive defensive adjusted plus minus numbers the last two years, and under the 5 year low level numbers from 82games / Ilardi). He’s also about average offensively — he’d be killer if he could actually shoot straight, though. But yeah, he should be getting more of a look than he currently is.
1. Cut a hole in a box
2. Put your Kirk in that box
3. Make some team open that box

not suprised
their future is in Augustine. Still though, there only other guard besides Augstine is raja bell on the roster. A.I. to the Bobcats would fit.
