ha!

I was watching the 1995 Playoffs VS the Magic's and remembered how much I hated Horace Grant. Horace Grant - i hope you burn in bball hell

what's he supposed to say?

I hate Toronto, they suck, I can’t wait to leave?

by NormVanBeer on Jul 15, 2009 1:53 PM CDT reply actions

well there is that I suppose...

Neither of those two were considered franchise players in their Toronto years.

by NormVanBeer on Jul 15, 2009 2:15 PM CDT up reply actions

Air Canada was most definitely considered a franchise player

That’s why everyone in Toronto hates him.

The Chicago Bulls.....the more profitable Los Angeles Clippers.

maybe

I just don’t think Toronto put Vince on the same level as they do with Bosh

by NormVanBeer on Jul 15, 2009 3:12 PM CDT up reply actions

I would argue with that

and say at least for a couple years they did. Before the honeymoon was over they had big dreams for Vince.

2010 whoooo!

I think our only chance to get a star is to trade for Boozer a.s.a.p. and let Boozer recruit Wade in 2010.

Do it!

or not!

Whatever, I’m spent.

by PricanStar on Jul 15, 2009 2:44 PM CDT reply actions

Initially it sounds like he's building up his value

But, frankly, Bosh will most likely get a max contract wherever he lands, so this seems kind of irrelevant.

by Arby on Jul 15, 2009 5:37 PM CDT reply actions

Trying to talk himself into suckering some foolish team

Bosh is overrated. He was never in his life better than Vince Carter, the human highlight film. I think Paxson and management know Carlos Boozer is the player worth getting.

by SlamDunk on Jul 15, 2009 6:11 PM CDT up reply actions

Dude, c'mon

Vince is Vinsanity, and Dominique was the Human Highlight Film and Jason Williams was White Chocolate. Also, Orlando Miller was Angus. Actually, I just made that up. But it fits, right?

by Rose Colored Goggles on Jul 15, 2009 7:53 PM CDT up reply actions

Apologies to Dominique. You were the Human Highlight film.

You have it right. Vince is and was Vinsanity, but in his prime he was better than Bosh. But, to tell you the truth, I’m astonished and getting real tired over all the hype surrounding Chris Bosh. What makes him a franchise player?

by SlamDunk on Jul 15, 2009 11:09 PM CDT up reply actions

no one says he's a franchise player

he just fits really well with Rose and we need a low post threat

by LoveForTheGame on Jul 15, 2009 11:40 PM CDT up reply actions

On the other hand, I'm sure you hate Tyrus Thomas.

All he ever does highlight reel stuff like dunk and block shots. Worthless.

People should remember that while they have the right to their opinion, they are not entitled to be taken seriously. --Bruce Bartlett
