as far as a high-floor guy, ceiling-wise Rubio probably has him there but Evans is better now

I don't understand Rubio dropping

The guy held his own against Chris Paul and Deron Willliams at the Olympics as a 17-year old. It just seems like the classic example of teams overanalyzing prospects in the weeks before the draft.
