Around SBN: Tottenham's Plans for Northumberland Stadium Approved

Chicago, by all accounts, has been increasingly open in its willingness to move power forward Tyrus Thomas.

I hate to see Tyrus go but part of me wishes they'd just get it over with and deal him

We have every right to dream heroic dreams. Those who say that we're in a time when there are no heroes, they just don't know where to look.

If we are going to bench him in the playoffs then moving him is the the best thing to do.

Everything I post is speculation. I have no insider information nor ideas deemed concrete enough by those who are self-elected to regulate post content.

Yeah.

He’ll go be an all star for someone else.
I’m resigned to it by now. We can’t do it for him. [or help him.]

-I was wrong about Pau Gasol. I have been shamed. :(

Either that, or he'll go lose focus during someone else's playoff run.

Let his insane upside frustrate some other team’s fanbase.

If he succeeds, then that’s great, I’m really happy for him.

While I agree that Tyrus for Amare or Bosh would be great

I’m not sure that other players for Tyrus wouldn’t be bad, either. I think any other position needed by the Bulls, not even a PF, would be necessary to make a good trade out of Tyrus. I love Tyrus with the Bulls, but I don’t think he’ll ever be the player he could unless we get a good coach and system in place (i.e., someone at least willing to leave him in the damn game).

I’d rather see Tyrus go rather than get frustrated with him vicariously through da del coacho.

Have they ever NOT been willing to deal him for either of them?

I hope not. I would think this is referring to something else.

Agreed, also

Moving Luol Deng for Kobe or Gasol is a mistake.
Or Moving Hinrich for Blake and Outlaw

(not moving players due to potential and flashes of success is what has really dug this team into a whole year in and year out for the last 6 years. Aside from derrick rose, any player should be traded to help the bulls get better, whether it be draft picks, solid role players, cap relief, or bona-fide stars….)

On Behalf of Sue, Wjb, majoyenrac, Bullshooter and all the other Hinrich fans...Ill keep the Hinrich Hope coming...There will be light!
