its sort of annoying how much mileage they get out of that word
but it could be worse. look at cannis hoopus. those guys are thrilled to have a guy talk like this because it tells them that their GM is at least somewhat of a sophisticated decision maker.

What it means of course
is they lack any skills, instinct, savvy, experience, natural ability, etc. for the job.
As if that wasn’t already apparent.
What do you get when you have none of those things PLUS you have no “process”?
