('wacky' Bosh) Trade nobody has thought of
Y not package kirk hinrich and luol deng (and maybe #26 pick) for chris bosh and someone to match the salaries. the raptors get two good solid players at positions of need and wont have to worry about them leavin in free-agency. we get our guy that we need also. maybe even sign and trade aaron gray to complete the deal if needed. then we use luol and kirk's money to sign bosh long term. (this would be great if we also re-sign gordan). my 1st post ever and its genious baby!!!!

I'd rather get Beasley than
Bosh.
Reasons:
Beasley is 5 years younger
He is scoring 14 and 5 rebounds coming off the bench
He has the potential to be a 20/10 player as a starter
Has time to improve his defense
With Bosh you get what you get on Defense
Bosh wants to play with James or Wade
To Chicago:
Beasley
Haslem
To Miami:
Bosh
To Toronto:
Deng
Tyrus
Roberson
Chalmers
With these moves it gives Toronto a “good” player in Deng for the next 5 years and a defensive presence with Tyrus.
The Heat will have Wade and Bosh.
The Bulls get a solid scorer and rebounder that can develope with Rose into Allstars for many many years and when the Stars of today are over the hill our 2 will be in their prime and winning consecutive championships. I don’t want to get a star that has high mileage and be a one and done.
Now I’m ready to get my head bashed in. Go for it.
what's with the martyr talk?
now I don’t even want to bash your stupid idea.

The martyr talk is because
the idea is out there and I know people get really angry and take these posts personal.
Is it that stupid of an idea?
I just don’t think any of the 2010 star’s are looking at Chicago to sign in 2010, but who knows.
maybe the stars are afraid, like you
of Chicago toughness!
(sorry)

hmm
Beasley did have a significantly higher rookie PER than Bosh, playing second fiddle to Wade off the bench. But I guess we’re only allowed to look at the situation affecting someone’s performance when we’re talking about Tyrus Thomas
I liked his play after the first month
Spoelestra somehow doesn’t trust him to play more than Daquean Cook or the corpse of Jermaine O’Neal. Like the article I posted below, I feel he has given up on becoming a PF.
And, to be fair, Chris Bosh came in at the same as Beasley, 2nd fiddle to Vince Carter.
That Steve Nash is exactly the same as Kirk Hinrich, but worse.

i still think that kid is soft
matter of fact, saying that last time almost got me choked..so what was i talking bout again?
Take a look at this post
Sure seems like he is losing any interest in becoming a power forward.

ya man, good find
I was watching the 1995 Playoffs VS the Magic's and remembered how much I hated Horace Grant. Horace Grant - i hope you burn in bball hell
Trade Deng+draft pick for Beasley ++ another contract Miami needs to dump
Then we get a bonafide offensive small forward who could spread the floor and also take in inside. Deng’s defense isn’t so stellar he warrants keeping and his offensive disappearing acts and lack of aggressiveness is noteworthy.
Miami would b crazy to accept, but if possible? I’d want Beasley and his “suppose” character issues rather than Deng anyday. Bulls need some "crazy’ on this team and needs to unload some “boring”. Keep Tyrus, trade Deng and Kirk.
man up!
I don't think they want Deng's contract
because that would screw up their plans for 2010 (Sign Wade and another star). That is why I proposed a 3 way trade above that makes sense for Miami, Toronto and Chicago IMO. Dollar wise it works and the bulls lose Deng’s big contract and will only have Beasley and Haslem on the books for a year.
No picks involved in this trade and the Bulls can possibly move Hinrich for a good pick which would give us a top 10 pick, 16, & 26.
Excellent find. We lucked out getting the 1 pick verses 2.
From this Beasley is going to be a problem.
Yeah, I don't think the Bulls want him.
Questions continue to follow projected top-two NBA Draft pick Michael Beasley about ‘’character issues,’’ but he revealed an interesting exchange with Bulls officials. ‘’They asked if I was crazy,’’ Beasley, a power forward from Kansas State, told Chicago reporters Tuesday. ``I left that one unanswered.’’
I saw an interview
with Spoelstra and he was asked who is your favorate player and suprisingly he said Beasley. Either it was a sales pitch or he doesn’t have Character issues. I think he just plays too much and people take it as annoying.
but did he take his own SAT?

how about.....
Kirk Hinrich and Luol Deng for Dwight Howard. they get two good players and we get what we want.
FIRE VDN
genius
then we can sign and trade BG and tyrus for lebron!
Asked what kind of player he expects to be in the next five years, he said: "Not a star, but like, a superstar. Something around, like, Chris Paul, Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, something like that."

I’m calling Bosh and Anthony Parker for Gordon, Deng (or Tyrus) and both picks.
A friend of mine showed an apartment here in Chicago to Anthony Parker’s cousins on behalf of him(Parker) a couple of months ago. They said they were looking because he thinks he’s going to get traded here.
Everybody fightin' bout a spoonful...
I think Beasley is a good fit @SF for the Bulls rather than Bosh @PF
Especially if Noah develops into a 12/12 guy, which I believe is possible, and maybe even 15 ppg. Noah truly is a player with a likely higher ceiling or potential for improvement other than Rose on the team. I see Tyrus only improving to be able to actually do the things he is trying to do consistently.
Rose, Gordon/Salmons, Beasley, Tyrus and Noah (three dual slashers/pereimeter scorers, and Tyrus (the wildcard.. the role in which he likes..“not asked to do much” block shots, rebounds, offensive put backs, occassionaly lobs, fast break dunks) with Noah effective in pick and roll for easy baskets)
Now if we had Beasley who says he’ll be able to play/guard SG and SF to switch off and help at the SG position. Seems to be a good defensive team with Tyrus and Noah, and only time will tell what type of defensive players Rose and Beasley will be?
In regards to the SG, Gordon is a great scorer, but if not resigned, we can go with Salmons, but make this a priority to replace Gordon’s scoring via draft/trades hoping also to improve on defense
man up!
Toronto doesn't need a PG
They got Calderon. That package wouldn’t cut it anyway.
I was thinking the same thing, if Kirk is moved it’ll be to a team with a PG need
