Vinny brings Rose in to lower his shooting percentage, that was nice

If only Tyrus could just improve his rebounding a little more...

Maybe we can?

Is he off of Celebrity Apprentice yet?

Point is - he seems busy these days.

Yes he's off.
He has a serious drinking problem and they did an intervention on the show he got fired on.
I think if he gained maybe 10-15 more pounds.

i think if he hadn't gotten his leg blown off he'd be a much better pro than both of them by now
those are the breaks though…
and he has got the "looks" also, perfect for LA? hehe

Seriously. Crazy no look passes from halfcourt.

6'7'' and he was in that different class athletically, kinda like rose is
where he would make plays that made you rewind the tivo
Now he's playing with Thabo
in OKC. How’s that for a backcourt (when Russell Westbrook isn’t playing)?
Better than Jay Williams is doing.

Nice to watch a game
where we don’t have to hear TT critisized for shooting a jumper
i agree
however it would be nice if the announcers would realize that rose already does hit the mid range jumper regularly. I hate it when people say when he develops that shot he will be unstoppable….he already has a pretty good mid-range
by rosefromconcrete on Apr 9, 2009 9:18 PM CDT up reply actions
yea that always drives me nuts too
for instance, stacey king has said that about 300 times this year right after rose hits one…
well if you’ve said it that many times, he must be hittin a pretty decent amount of them, don’t you think?
other than that i love stacey though
But he's, like, guarding their best guy who is bigger than him and stuffs.
Just saving everyone the trouble.

kirk n deng for ron artest?
for some reason i always thought deng would fit perfectly alongside yao, and they’ve got shit for point guards
Craziest frontcourt ever.

by Khalid El-Amin on Apr 9, 2009 9:57 PM CDT up reply actions
Most idiotic frontcourt ever
Tyrus would never leave his habits behind when he sees Artest jacking up 20 foot jumpers 10 times a game for the hell of it.
Confusion breeds success. If they don't know each other, opponents can't have strategy. GENIUS.

most idiotic frontcourt ever?
that’s a bit of a stretch, don’t you think? while i’ll agree that Artest’s offensive game makes me nauseous for the exact reason you mentioned above, i think you’re going a bit overboard.
everybody in Houston, from the players to the management, has given glowing reviews of the positive impact artest has had on that team. yea, he greatly overestimates his offensive ability, but he’s a tough, physical veteran who is still one of the best on-ball defenders in the league. instead of being worried that his erratic offense would somehow rub off on Tyrus (which, the more i think about it, is just a ridiculous thing to say), maybe you should realize how he could potentially further mentor tyrus’s defense beyond just making plays when he’s leaving his feet. there’s plenty of ways artest could impact this team’s defense pretty much overnight.

That was a TERRIBLE call...
TT was already down.
"Playoffs? Are we talking about playoffs? Really, I mean... Playoffs?"
The Bulls can really score some points....I know it's a little obvious but man, I haven't seen a Bulls team score at will like this since the 90s.
They actually seem to be a better SCORING team than some of the Jordan-teams. However, those Jordan teams woulda’ shut this team down on with defense and won on sheer force of will.
We are doing a lot better
then we were with offensive duds like Wallace and Duhon on the floor. That is for certain.
Everything I post is speculation. I have no insider information nor ideas deemed concrete enough by those who are self-elected to regulate post content.
Mystery is solved why Noah doesn't play in the 4th
Miller has more experience and better free throw shooting.
And by playing Miller down the stretch every time
Miller will keep gaining experience and Noah will keep not getting any. Poor Vinny has a mathematical quandary to deal with.

To me it was one of the final plays of a borderline blow out. It would have been nice, but also rubbing it in. Besides, if the fans can’t cheer for good basketball and only cheer for burgers they don’t deserve the fan-service at the end of the game. (shrug)

Slightly off topic:
Rose seems to be playing in quite a bit of pain with that wrist. Kudus for that. I just hope its not a chronic thing.
The poster formerly known as Freethefro.
Probably just doesn't have time to let it get 100%
and pretty much everything he does on the floor tweaks it. Sounds like something that would clear up fast with some rest, but otherwise is playable.

I believe that with Allen Iverson they’d be battling to get in, right now.
That trade has to be more important than the Bulls. Salmons and Miller is number two though.
seriously though, i want denver to beat the lakers,

it was a good trade for Detroit to
I mean Detroit wasn’t going anywhere in the East anyways so now they’ll have tons of cap without rasheed and a.i.
It all depends on what they do with the cap space
Does it get them someone better than Billups?
Is the new team better than it would have been if they just added to the old one?
well dumars knows what he's doing at least
Also, Billups and Wallace were getting older, so they didn’t have much time to really improve that team and Lebron is dominating the eastern conference
