Not if you play for Boston.
It’s like this. For Boston, every foul is a step down – a normal foul called on the Bulls is a non-call on Boston, a flagrant 1 on the Bulls is a regular personal on the Celtics, and so on.
Literally, Boston would have to decapitate someone, and even then they wouldn’t get ejected if there might be the slightest hint of a play on the ball.
